Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Items must not be damaged or tampered with

Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@cutisclinique.com with the following details:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address:

A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund (including shipping)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
